Understand Shule Direct’s model and where within the education data value chain we currently play.

The increase in investment in foundational education by the government over the last decade has rapidly enhanced access to education. However, it also results to a number of challenges such as limited resources (both teaching and learning) as well as unequal distribution of resources, varying significantly across different regions.
As an organization, we approached this challenge by leveraging technology, targeting areas such as providing digital educational resources through digital learning materials and tools to facilitate learning and teaching, all this while improving subject competences through interactive feature and personalized learning.
Through our platforms we are able to track platform User Metrics: Data on the number of visits, time spent, features used, content completion rates, and learner performance on practice tests and quizzes which in turn provide insights into user engagement and learning progress.
This data allows us to identify areas for improvement, guide platform development and content creation strategies. The primary goal is to evaluate how effectively our EdTech platform improves learning outcomes. By focusing on metrics, we are able to assess the impact on knowledge retention, critical thinking skills, and overall academic. These insights can also be used to improve teaching practices, develop targeted interventions, and inform policy decisions.
While we primarily focus on the earlier stages of the data value chain, we increasingly exploring opportunities to collaborate with other organizations to drive greater impact. This could involve partnering with data scientists, researchers, and policymakers to conduct more advanced data analysis and policy advocacy.
